Sales Orders cannot be rearranged when individual sales orders are tax regulated

I have seen the above error while making the packing lists.
This can be also occurred at the time of creating Invoices.
Problem will be occurred when the sales tax is modified.

Solution for this is as follows :-

1. Go to Sales order (form) > Sell  (tab) > Tax (group) > Sales Tax
2. Click on the "Adjustment" tab
3. Click on the "Reset actuals to calculated" and close the form
4. Proceed to create the Packing Slip or Invoice.

I am posting the solution that worked out for me. Because, I can't find the solution with respect to AX 2012 R2 on above error.

I have seen other solutions on server level over Data Prevention Execution, but I cannot try it as I am not a IT Admin or so.

Tried to check it at AX level before passing it to IT.

At my end suddenly 3 users were unable to login. I tried the following and got successful :-

1. Go To System Administration -> Users.

2. Select the user and click Edit.

3. Take a screenshot of the roles added.

4. Now, remove the roles for the user.

5. Close the user.

6. Edit the user again and add the roles that were deleted.

7. Now login and check with the user ID.

I tried this for one of the user and automatically other users were also got enabled  with login.

I don't know it is a perfect solution, but sharing it as there is no article on this error when I tried to google..
